I’ve had good experiences here and I’ve had not so good. The not so good ones have always been bc the staff are overwhelmed. But I’m a huge fan of their Caesar salads and wings and so I will keep coming back. Lucy makes a great martini and Jose (I hope I remembered correctly) is super friendly and takes good care of us every time. It’s a hotel restaurant and as a seasoned traveler I know these places can take a bit longer for items to come out. But it’s worth the wait in my opinion.

I ordered their lemon dill mahi mahi and fried chicken wings with fries. Their mahi mahi was cooked well and topped off with a delicious cream sauce. Their chicken wings were fried perfectly, but a little too salty. Overall, the food was great but the service was slow. The live music was a nice touch!

For a hotel restaurant, it was well priced. There aren’t many choices on North Beach and the hotel and restaurant are both nice. Full bar, live music. We had mozzarella triangles, fries, burger and chicken sandwich.

I usually don’t care for hotel restaurants but since this got good reviews we gave it a try and I was so impressed! The food was great and the service could not have been better. Legit like service the level of a 5star restaurant. We liked it so much at breakfast that we came back for lunch and had a new server who was even more nice and accommodating. I was seriously blown away. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and the kids menu was so good. We ate with 3 kids and it was perfect! I only wish they were open for longer hours

My fiancé and I were staying at the Doubletree that is attached to this restaurant. We ate here for breakfast and the food was very good! The potatoes were very well seasoned and the fruit tasted fresh! The service was a little slow, but they only had 2 servers and 1 bartender at the time. We were in no rush, so it didn’t bother us.

The food was absolutely on point! Really good BLTA, Mahi tacos, and cajun chicken pasta.

Me and my band stopped here to grab a bite to eat before a show we had in corpus christi… we couldn’t have been more satisfied! everything that we had was absolutely delicious and great quality to even the quality of the customer service! our server dylan was phenomenal and the kindest guy! we will definitely be going back… my player HIGHEY recommends the chicken alfredo. i got the BLT which is pretty simple, the the guacamole inside was AMAZING! thanks for hosting us!

Came here last night and the service was amazing. Came back tonight and the service was the worst I have seen. Waited over 10 minutes to be greeted. Got our drinks and then waited over 15 minutes to order an appetizer. Appetizer came out and server didn't come back for over 30 minutes to take our order. We said we were done and didn't want to order at this point. Asked for the check and it took another 15 minutes to get cashed out. Wasn't busy when we arrived. MY wife talked to a manger at the front desk who apologized but did nothing more. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

We stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is in and the first night the service was great and it was almost 10p.m. Now, today is a different story. The service was lousy she was busy but not busy enough to check back after our appetizer to take our order. She was too busy talking to another table and they gave her help but both of them were slow to do anything. When she finally came to take our order we changed our minds and just finished the appetizer. Then sent the other girl to us 20 min later and we just asked for the bill. I will mot come here ever again.

Reggie the cook is amazing. Like honestly, I was thinking ‘well, captive audience of folks staying at the hotel’ but man … the kids grilled cheese, the marinara sauce, Alfredo, even the fries were cooked to perfection. Simply put, this place is one that we will come eat at even if we aren’t staying here. Also shout out to Joe the bartender and waiter that was more timely than the usual Darden spots. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Oh and you get a harbor view and the Lady Lex to boot!

In for dinner at my hotel on a Wednesday. Nice and cool and clean inside. Hot and humid outside as it is right on the beach. I seated myself and received a menu within a few minutes.
They had live music tonight, a singer with a guitar. He was pretty good but if you want a quiet dinner you may want to pick a different night. I personally enjoyed the music. There is a beach sidewalk with very nice clean groomed sand leading to Corpus Christi Bay! Excellent view of the water and the USS Lexington aircraft carrier. It is now a museum and worth a visit but that's another review.
I ordered the mahi mahi grilled. It came with steamed vegetables and rice.
I have to say I was surprised by how good my meal was! The mahi mahi tasted very fresh and paired well with the sauce poured over it.
I will definitely have to eat here again soon.

It did its job. But I have had better. The chef was on break and had someone covering for him. He needs to learn how to make a Chef Salad. Because we had to send it back to add egg and the meat. And still came back without cheese. Just ridiculous.

Staff- overall good
Quality- Food was hot and fresh over the course of a few meals

Our food was delivered to another table and then delivered to us without remaking it.

The staff was overall great, but there needs to be some more organization in the kitchen. Our food took about 15 minutes ( not a problem) was delivered to the table next to us.

The couple ate off the plate. Burger and fries. They also ordered a burger and fries.

You could see when the team realized a mistake had been made. The correct food went to their table and Our food went back to the kitchen.

It was delivered to us about 3 -5 minutes later.

We mentioned it to the server and the manager and she assured me that the food had been remade. (This is unlikely since the original food took 15 minutes.)

Basic food safety- Once food has been returned for whatever reason. Customer error or server error. Please discard that food.

Please do not wait to see if the customer happens to notice. I did.
