Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We always love this place. We come here weekly and they never disappoint. The cheese curds are my favorite! Also I love getting my burger as a lettuce wrap. Highly recommend.

Also you can order your custard at the same time you order your meal but ask them to put it on hold until after your dinner.

Do not pay for a large fry as it is the same size as the regular fry. Asked why the same size and no reply.. same your money.

Arrived at 9:30PM drive thru once again to ignored by multiply employees at the drive….AGAIN… Came around to the front lobby which was open saw two more vehicles in the drive thru(after me)… I came in and asked if they were closed she told me “almost” but I told her I was ignored multiple times in drive thru and employee even looked me in the eyes shrugged and walked away. They’re too busy closing up shop so they can leave.

Good hot dogs. Hamburgers

Waited at register for about 5 minutes before someone came to help and at that she was rude like she did t want to be there was my first and last time there. Customer service is key and im all about it, that wasnt it. The Astmosphere was nice, food wasnt to die for but was ok.

I love this place but too make 2 mistake on my double cheese burger is crazy took my food back and all the dis was change the buns still had mustard poor service

Ordered a Sundae and they gave it to me completely melted. I took this picture 2 minutes after we left. I was pisssed. If there is any kind of wait do not order a dessert because they make it and let it sit on the counter. Burgers are always good though!!!

I once posted 3 years ago how good this place was. But we went there again it was terrible. Had to wait in line; seems like that days was slow day. then Wrong things on burgers that the were so cold the cheese would not melt. French fries also cold. Bun was burnt on both burgers. The chocolate shake was still good though. All this to say if you're going to spend 30 or 40 dollars for 2 burgers and shake might want to find another place.

This was pur 2nd time eating dinner there....we ordered The original with dbl bacon with cheese 🧀...we requested for our burgers to be made with lettuce wrap...ohhhhmyyy my ...our burgers were made with love ❤ on every bite...clean atmosphere, friendly professional staff...Awesome manager ....had to give props to the cooks ....Definitely a returning customer
