Ive always loved Hester’s. Fresh, delicious food, beautiful atmosphere and great customer service. Today when I received my dish it looked amazing as usual however, after one bite I realized it had an allergic reaction. I was so impressed by the way the staff handled the situation. It wasn’t their fault, I didn’t realize this dish had this ingredient and I didn’t ask. It was totally on me, but they were so kind and apologetic. They even offered to alter the ingredients...
I enjoyed a Panini Cubano with kettle chips and it didn't disappoint. The aioli on the sandwich was top notch. The staff was friendly and I didn't wait very long for my food. They also have outside seating if you want to brave the humidity.
Food was GREAT!! Brunch is the best in town. Coffee was fresh and hot. Very busy,but the order line and food came out fast. Only draw back was self seating, but someone can wait in line, and someone can claim a table, just text your order.
