We go there every time we come to the coast and they never disappoint. This was our first time at the new location. The food is always delicious. We don’t usually get dessert, but this time we tried the coconut cheesecake and OMG! I am a cheesecake snob, and let me tell you it was so delicious it had me contemplating licking the plate. We had to order another piece to go. We had to return a couple of days later for dessert so I could meet the manager, Susan who makes the desserts...
I went here due to the high reviews, but was underwhelmed. The server was attentive and took care of us. The food wasn’t seasoned well, and they give plastic cutlery, which for the price of the food didn’t make sense. Felt like a fast food experience for restaurant prices.
We were on the island for the weekend and decided to dine at this restaurant, expecting authentic Italian food based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. This place feels more like a bar than a proper restaurant. The food was served in to-go containers with plastic utensils—no plates, no glassware, nothing you’d expect from a sit-down Italian restaurant.
