We loved our stop at Island Joe's. They have a great menu. Of course they offer the tried and true coffees, as well great beans to make their specialized offerings. The Rise and Shine & Dirty Coke Coffee, the Cucumber toast, bacon fritatta were all delicious. The stacked shipping containers showed how I want to build a home, this place felt like home. Coffee, food, and service were all great. Plenty of seating and parking. It was fast paced and loud inside, so bear in mind if you're looking for a quiet place to read a book or study. Outdoor seating was plentiful and more peaceful.
Always been curious about this place and finally stopped by to check them out, as they were open so early.
I loved the iced matcha latte with the sugar Free Mexican vanilla. The kolache was great! A different shape, with the same great flavor. My husband's biscuit was also very delicious, just a bit crumbly. Definitely recommend a fork.
