A delicious, unassuming and family firendly place. The tuna nachos on wanton tortillas are fantastic and the rest of the menu is just as good. If you're lucky you'll be there on a day they've got the boudin cornbread special.
Service - We were waiting for a bit and then the manager (?) came by to see if we'd been helped. When we informed him that we hadn't been, he said he'd send someone over. A few minutes later a woman came by to ask what we wanted to drink. I said water, and before my husband could respond, she was gone. Our waitress showed up as our water showed up. The Island Time Sushi Bar is virtually hidden although it is in plain sight from the main road. It's in an unassuming strip mall setting and their signage blends in with the building facade so you barely notice it. Other businesses here have flashy bright colored signage so it doesn't stand out. Once inside, you'll find many people who have obviously "discovered" it and have become frequent patrons.
