Went to a different restaurant (golden carrol) before and had a really bad experience. Came here and we were lucky to get Chris at the window. He made our night and the food was excellent.
Rodger is always quick and efficient with getting orders processed and out. I myself am a dasher and he was so kind and helpful when i couldnt carry everything! Definitely set the satisfactory rate for Jack in the box! Also, the food is always freshly cooked!

I'm only giving two stars because my breakfast sandwich and hash brown actually came out pretty good.HOWEVER.The location looks abandoned but decided to give it a chance.They had me pull around to the front after placing my order when there was literally no one else there.I was then told after paying and receiving my order that the ice machine was broken and that the beverages were coming out "lukewarm".So I'm not coming to this location again.
