I've purchased food here multiple times when I'm in the area and I must say that everything's always been delicious. That being said, Yesterday I got the chicken fried steak and the meat was nearly impossible to chew. But let me tell you this: The flavor of the crispy breading and all the sides were delicious though, so I called to complain and the manager went above and beyond my expectations to apologize and told me to go back today for a discounted meal. Very family oriented. It had a really cool playground for the kids to run around in. Lots of kids structures to explore and play on. I thought we would have a long wait time considering the number of people there but turned out they were very timely in bringing the food out to our table outside. Good visit!
