Service at this location is ALWAYS horrible. I go thru drive thru the girl says sorry we close at one and only taking mobile orders. I’m like okaaaay it’s barely 12:20. So I try and make a mobile order and still can’t order. I go back thru drive thru to let the girl know and she’s seems so clueless I ask if I can order and she says I’m sorry my cook is washing dishes. Like what does that have to do with me trying to order you don’t close till one he can stop and continue after yall close! Just horrible horrible horrible! Something different needs to happen at this location cause this happens a lot

Service is non existent when you go at night they literally have the lights off drive thru closed and don't even serve you...they literally watch you drive around the parking lot and wait for you to leave...I've been several times and not once have i been served food cause no one bothers to take your order...most recently I ordered online and when I show up there was literally no one there took my money off my debit card and have yet to pay me back...would recommend new management employees and staff the food is good but the service is horrible...
