Ordered drive thru paid for 3 ultimate cheeseburgers reg curly fries get home and all three ultimate burgers were made incorrectly each had one patty instead of the two that is described. As we live 20 minutes away did not return to location. Attempted to call numerous times msg says unable to complete call for number. Used phone number on receipt then googled location has different number still no resolution.

So tonight I stupidly ordered online from the wrong location. I realized it in the drive thru and went in to ask if they help me maneuver the app to cancel the order at the wrong location. When I tell you they were so nice and helpful! Everyone at that location was kind and went out of their way to make me feel a little less stupid.🤣🤣🤣

Been to JitB a handful of times due to locations. Loved the food and especially they honor MILITARY by their discounts. They are the only drive thru restaurants that offer MILITARY discounts. Will definitely drive out of my way to return the support to this establishment.

The lady who took or order ran into some issues with not having part of a meal that we ordered. She saw how upset it made one of the kiddos that he had to change his order and choose to find a way to be flexible and make it work for him rather than let it turn into a meltdown. I very much appreciated her kindness.

Went on 5/30/2025 everything I ordered was cold. The drinks ended up being wrong. Not very pleased this time.
I had a drive-through order. It took forever for someone to even answer. It was after lunch, so they weren't busy. Drive-through service could be better. I have been here before employees are friendly. The restaurant was clean. The wait time for my order wasn't too long.
