As a cake baker myself I know quality and Janet's Cakery is lacking this trait. Since we live out of state and I couldn't supply the cake myself the bride's mother (also from out of state and unfamiliar with this business) placed an order for us to supply our son and soon-to-be daughter-in-law with a wedding cake.
