Jefe's Street Tacos & More is a popular restaurant known for its authentic street tacos and delicious food. The menu is simple and not overwhelming, with favorites like the signature tacos, asada fries, and birria. The asada is often praised for being tender and juicy, with many considering it the best they've had. The street tacos, including beef asada and chicken fajita, are flavorful and complemented well by salsa verde. Customers enjoy the flavorful, authentic taste and the friendly service provided by the staff. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and inviting, making it a great place to dine in. The lemonade and loaded fries, such as the large elote fries with carne asada on top, are also highly recommended. While some visits have been disappointing, the restaurant often redeems itself with excellent food and friendly service. Overall, Jefe's is appreciated for its tasty, well-made food and welcoming environment, making it a must-visit spot for anyone in the Corpus area looking for great street tacos and more.
