Horrible experience I was ordering at the drive thru asking for a fruit cup with no coconut as nice as I can be as usual! Whole time this young lady is just saying “what what I really can’t hear you” the tone in her voice was so rude so than I go ahead and tell her “& actually can I add 2 more fruit cups made the same to that order pls?” She said “what? Nvm just drive forward” at the window she was confirming my order saying “just the two fruit cups right?” & than I said “no sorry I had ordered 3” she didn’t say anything after that & just rolled her eyes at me & walked back with my receipt going to fix it at this point I just drove off because I did not feel comfortable with someone like that handling the food I was going to consume. This girl is your typical white girl wanting to be hood she’s dirty blonde with a nose piercing advise yall to be cautious of herWouldn’t even give this place a star but had to so I can leave this review.

The mangonada was a little too watery not thick like it should be. And the cucumbers I ordered had gone bad already couldn't eat them or get a refund since I didn't open them till later that day and had opted out of getting receipt smh

Picked up a chicken salad sandwich. It was on the hardest bread ever. Inside tasted old as well. Have had this sandwich on more than one occasion and it was great. This time terrible and when I call to let them know she says ok I’ll let them know in the back. So I guess who cares that I didn’t eat what I paid for. Not a good response to a regular customer. I won’t be back not because of 1 bad sandwich h but because they chose to not even try to make it right. I live a quarter of a mile from there I could have easily gone back for a fresh one.Very disappointed it not surprised. Customer service has gone out the window!

I had never been there before and they have LOTS of choices with smoothies or fruit cups or some sandwiches and more! I chose a cup that had fresh strawberries, bananas, pineapple with a small scoop of banana ice cream with whipped cream and pecans on top!!! YUM!!!!

I had a biónico made to go and the lady that checked us out looked at it and said that’s not a biónico and took it back added a few things to make it look like one, but tasted bland. I’ve never had a biónico with cucumbers and jicama. ? 11.99 not worth it.On the other hand, the mangonada was great!
