My favorite place to get "Pan dulce" it's fresh reminds me of the Mexican bread in the valley and it's not as expensive as most places in Corpus.People speak English and Spanish.They serve Barbacoa and its delicious and not pricey.Tienen pan fresco y delicious.Son amable.Tambien tienen Barbacoa hasta las una creo. We've lived in Corpus Christi for over a year now and couldn't find Mexican food we're accustomed to, especially menudo. We've had it twice now here and can honestly say it's the BEST, BEST, BEST!!!! We ordered carnitas and they were delicious. Of course the selection of sweet bread is amazing. I found my go to little hole in the wall. They're terrific.

My husband was referred here by a co-worker. We love the pastries and cookies. My favorite are the marranito gingerbread ones. Reminds me of my dad. We go at least once a week and everyone is so nice.

Bought several pieces of pan dulce but they all had a bad aftertaste that I can only describe as cleaning supplies. Not bleach but perfumery. Almost like what fabuloso type cleaner smells like. Threw away all of it. No refunds so I didn't even bother to complain. Staff was nice but too bad food wasn't. Will not be
