My son went to go get dinner cause I'm sick. Whoever took the order didn't hear what he said or wasn't paying attention. Then he went inside and told him that the lobby was closed but yet he saw two other people go inside and got their order or was being helped. Terrible experience ever at this location.
The kid that usually works drive thru at night is nice. But they don't do well with phone orders and I've asked for certain things specifically, and other stores do it, But here they just totally ignore any special requests.

Hot n fresh , service was basic and you can tell she wasn't enthusiastic about working . Def need to sweep mop and sanitize the front end customer area way more often . But again the food was great ?
