Expensive ice cream 😬 Good favors an options but the service is slow a they move with no motivation inside. We have been there a few times an it’s always 20-30 min even with nobody in line the service is just slow no matter how many people are working an it’s usually 2

We decided to come in earlier today after my son got out of school as a treat to celebrate his birthday and were definitely not disappointed! I had him order his own and the staff was really patient and great with him when he was deciding even though he was taking forever since they had so many different toppings (a good problem to have!?)which can't be said about every place we go to, and she was really helpful to me too since I couldn't decide what I wanted. I came in at a pretty busy time on a Saturday evening and with having only 3 front end customer service workers and 1 in the back, they staff did a great job in helping me and others in line as best and as quickly as they could. They were all really nice and polite. I wasn’t sure what topping I wanted and the girl helping me suggested a few things to try. For being short staffed, everyone was still working hard to get the job done as best and efficiently as they could.
