Lunch break hot spot. Limited menu. Short and sweet but some for all pasta lovers. Super friendly staff. Quick turnaround after ordering. Pasta chef cooks to order front and center. Good food.

I can only say, I used to love Marcos. I moved away and was so excited to have it when I went into town. It actually makes me sad to make a negative review, but I’m so embarrassed to have bragged about the portions and how delicious it was to receive less than a $4 tv dinner portion of pasta. I attached a picture for reference.
For $70 dollars for three of these and a two bite side salad and 2 soups, I am very disappointed. The side Caesar salad was two bites, with sauce added so it was soggy upon arrival home so I recommend putting the dressing on the side in a ramekin possibly.
The pasta was dry, then watery upon heating up rather than saucy and hardly larger than a dollar bill size as I did compare it.
The tomato basil soup was well portioned for the bowl and just as good as I remember though!
I do not know if this is just a to-go ordering issue, so I will definitely try to dine in again sometime I am back in town because I remember loving Marcos pasta bar!
The employees were super kind as always! So really, it’s just a portion and quality issue for to -go. Not worth the cost.

I have been here several times and the food is always great! Very fresh! The restaurant is always a little warm and a little cramped. But otherwise amazing restaurant, great staff and food!

My husband and I visited this restaurant for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our experience!!! The place is busy and the staff works together like a fine oiled machine to provide excellent service. Executive Sous Chef Ruben was fantastic!
We were very impressed and will be returning customers!

Came during a lunch rush on a back to school orientation day for teachers, so it was super packed, but the servers made an effort to get everyone seated and served.
The meal was worth the wait. My friends for the Agnoltti di Fungi and tomato basil soup, and I got the chicken breast with pineapple. All of it was delicious. The agnolotti was creamy and the tomato basil soup is like a warm, cozy hug. The chicken breast with pineapple had pineapple on top and was served on a slice of pineapple with the side of angel hair pasta. It was savory and quite scrumptious.

I really wanted to enjoy my visit here, but unfortunately, the experience missed the mark for a second time. The main dishes were overly salty to the point where it overwhelmed the flavors. Even more disappointing was the dessert. We were told it was tiramisu, but what was served was clearly not — it resembled more of a cheesecake with a berry topping (photo attached).
It’s okay for restaurants to offer a twist on classics, but it should be labeled honestly to avoid misleading customers. The service was decent, but overall, the meal didn’t live up to expectations.

To say I’m obsessed with this spot would be an understatement. Their tomato soup is so good, I could drink it. I usually order their pasta bar- it’s a build your own pasta. You choose what type of noodle you want, sauce, and 4 ingredients. I usually do bowtie with Alfredo, chicken, bacon, sun dried tomato, and spinach. Their bread is also so addicting.
Absolutely love this place! The pasta was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What made the experience even better was the amazing staff—everyone was so kind and welcoming. They took such great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. You can really tell they care about their customers.

We had Marco’s catered for our company party and everything had a weird taste. We were very disappointed. Next time we’ll just order Olive Garden. It’s the same price and at least the food will taste half decent.
