Not the cleanest. Ordered on curbside. Sat in curbside spot for 20 mins then went in to check the status of my order. The order hadn’t even started. There were 2 cars in drive through the whole time I sat outside and 1 person in the actual store. The employees were just laughing and playing around in the kitchen when I walked in. Very sad service.

Ordered on the app for pickup. Was parked to wait, when they handed me order it was missing my eggs and my drink. Waited extra 7 minutes for that. When I opened it up eggs were watery and barely warm, biscuit was wet and soggy. Very disappointing.

Should have checked my order before leaving. Ordered two sausage McMuffins. Got a McMuffin with bacon and no egg, and a McMuffin with sausage and no egg. Don’t make my mistake, open that bag up and look at each item before leaving.

Got on the drive thru to get 3 x 4pc nugget kids meals, a #2 meal, and a big mac by itself. When we got home, I was missing the double quarter pounder. I called, and someone named "Brandi" answered. I explained to her the situation, she asked for my first name and last name, and then said that she would call back. I then said, "Would you like to get my number so you can call me back?", "Brandi" said, "Sure". Nobody from the store has called me back. This is not the first time I've had service issues with this location.
