I like big macs but today I had a very long hair in my burger, thank goodness I didn't swallow it, had to pull it out of my mouth while I was chewing on it. First time I've had this issue with this macdonalds location. Will NOT go back ever again!

Came a not so busy sunday morning. Ordered a sausage mcmuffin and carmel machiatto . The gentlemen who checked me out was very nice. But the guy who handed me the machiato knew it was wrong and didnt say anything and proceeded to tell me it was correct. its a CUP OF CREAM such a disappointment for a young tired girl

Orders come out quick. Never had a wrong order. The burger presentation is also great. Just be prepared if you order late at night on the weekends that this place gets BUSY.
Drive thru may take a little longer than normal. Besides that, this McDonald's is one of my favorites in CC.

Must have been short staffed in the evening. No organization for people who walk in and take out. The kiosk is nice but now hardly any customer service. I had to cancel my order due to long wait to pay.

No efficiency in order service. Had to stand at counter for at least 5 minutes before someone even looked at me and cared to ask what I wanted. Everyone walked around like they’ve worked for 16-hrs straight and I know they’ve only been working for a few hours. Almost every table was disgusting and I had to clean my own table. Table tents left on the tables, stacks of trays on the trash can. Simply, a dump. Probably a representation of how trashy their houses are. Far from McDonald’s quality and certainly was not customer-oriented. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place unless they want subpar food and below sub par service. And of course they didn’t make my burger right. And both sandwiches looked like someone sat a them. Someone should sue McDonald’s (at least this one) for false advertising. Nice appetizing food and then get food that I would had been happier eating from a gas station than from here.

I WISH the McDonalds in my hometown was HALF as clean and sweet as this place!!!! They were quick and had a smile and they looked clean too!!! 10/10 Definitely recommend!!!
