One live German roach crawls across the counter as I’m reaching for a drink for my Diet Coke. The staff responds by yelling in the kitchen we have a live roach,comes out and kills it. One dead roach on the floor. They just swept it up. Told the manager about the roach and all we got was I’m sorry. The floors are discussing , dried French fries and foreign substances under your feet. Over head the manager say the owner was coming so they started cleaning....read full review
