This McDonald’s has the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I placed a mobile order on Thanksgiving (I’m not crazy for thinking they would be open on Thanksgiving…Whataburger and HEB were open lol), thinking that if they were closed, it wouldn’t go through. It went through but when we showed up to the restaurant they were closed. I have been trying for a week to get my refund. McDonalds Has an App with daily deals so I started using that to get discounts
So Now the workers there seems like they don’t like me because of that even my mom went to get something for her and my son (not with the app) but in person so they said they didn’t have any ice cream or McFlurry and I’m sure they did it on purpose, so we are not coming back
