The place is characterized by being a nice place with a very good atmosphere but what I totally disliked was that the waitress arrived in a bad mood and when giving us the drinks we ordered she gave us the bottles in a very bad way

The waitress was rude as hell. She didn't say hello just" i need a credit card to keep on tab". When she came back with the Credit Card she just threw it on my phone. My husband still tipped her 20$ dollars, even though I don't think she even deserved 20 cents just for her to say "uhhhh it's going to cost more than that". But with that being said she did keep the drinks coming . Food was delicious, Management was very friendly. The gentleman...

I'd highly recommend asking for Thalia's section, she's Cuban, highly educated and speaks perfect English. She provides great customer service, isn't rude and will offer suggestions regarding food and drinks if needed.
