On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

This place is awful should not have a kids enchilada plate that cost 9$ for 1 enchilada(topped with either queso or chili). 12$ for a dip for the chips (half an avocado and 4oz of queso) I had to 2 meals and 3 kids meals 1 appetizer (4 jalapeños) and it cost me 100$ next time we are just going to just going to go to taco bell. Only good thing about this place was the salsa with the chips

I live in san antonio, texas.I went to corpus christi, i ate at on the border, Great food, ate there Before loved it, too bad they don't have one in San Antonio. They need to put one in San Antonio texas!!!

It takes a special skill, to make food this bad. It was beyond awful. The queso was so disgusting, we didn't eat it. The kids took one bite of their quesadillas, and spit it out. My wife's salad had brown and wilted lettuce, and half of the avocado chunks still had the skin on them.

Truly awful meal. We will never eat at another On The Border restaurant.

I've been here before it's good. I am an Uber delivery driver I showed up to the restaurant to complete a large catering order for cakes, I am then notified by the restaurant that all they have is 8 red velvet cakes instead of the variety that the customer wanted. The customer asked for a refund and the good old delivery driver who wasted his gas time and energy and potential earning opportunities was stuck with earning $0 in the 100° weather all because of failed communication between Uber and On the Border is this Fair no is anything going to be done about it I have no idea but most likely no. these activities keep us drivers in impoverished and full of anxiety

WENT YESTERDAY AND I WAS SO EXCITED BECAUSE IVE BEEN BEFORE WHEN I VISIT FROM SAN ANTONIO ONLY TO BE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. THE TABLE NEXT TO US WAS YELLING THEY HAD ROACHES CRAWLING ON THE TABLE AND IN THEIR FOOD. I THOUGHT CANT BE THEY JUST WANT FREE FOOD THE MGR CAME OVER SAW AND WAS LIKE SHHH WE HAVE OTHER GUESTS .. I GOT UP AND SAW ROACHES MULTIPLE CRAWLING ON THE FOOD TABLE AND BOOTH WALL IM SO GLAD WE DIDNT EAT HOW GROSS

Pay attention to your charges, they add charges when they think you are not paying attention to charges. Look closely, they are all in it together, waitstaff, bartender, and management.

Hands down the best restaurant experience ive ever had. Ms. Cat was such a delight to have as our server. Not only was she very attentive but also friendly, welcoming and honestly the first time I will ever miss a server. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Always ask for Ms. Cat!!! You will not be disappointed with her character.

OTB is my fave for girls night! Our favorite server is Cat! She is the absolute best and makes the experience 10/10.

My friend and I went there to eat our lunch and it was wonderful atmosphere and lights so pretty and the waitress did a wonderful job for serving the food. The food is pretty good too.

hire more staff it’s obvious. waited way to long to get anything. never got a refill on chips, never got some items i ordered and i couldn’t even tell your staff because they were busy. your staff is fine you just don’t have enough of them
