Normally, the restaurant standard of arriving before closing means all food is still available and that service is still provided. I pulled up to the drive-thru 5 minutes before closing and the automated voice stated they were closed. I then drove up to the window and an employee sitting on their phone gestured to me that they were closed. I prompted her to open the window and asked to speak with the manager. The “manager” stated that they were almost at closing time, so they were closed. After asking them if that’s how they did business, they allowed us to order. We decided to enter the building instead of the drive-thru. Upon entering, they had maybe 2 scoops of rice, a tongs worth of chow mein, and a scoop of orange chicken remaining. They stated that nothing else was available.I get wanting to go home as soon as work is over, but if this is what’s provided on base, then we should look to a different contract. This type of service wouldn’t last off-base.

They close early often. Food isn’t as fresh as a normal Panda Express.

Perfect place for undercooked rice and noodles, exceptionally loud background music, disgusting ceiling tiles, poor air conditioning, and to top it off... does not participate in the chain rewards program. Don't waste your time or money here.

Ordered orange chicken with white rice and fried rice because they didn’t have teriyaki chicken. The white rice were the dried scraping and not edible. Had to toss the rice. The fried rice was made used under cooked rice so I had to toss that too. Very disappointed.

This is an almost less than average Panda Express, only due to its inconsistency. Sometimes I'll get large fresh portions and quick honest service, and other times I'll get mostly vegetables and almost unintelligible service.I'm willing to give the employees the benefit of the doubt with their service, however the inconsistency in quality and quantity of the food is only so excusable.Vegetarian options: Beyond real meat and many vegetable options.

I used the drive thru to order my foods. I am upset for not having a teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. It should have come together even when not asked. Looks to me like a cost cutting initiative for the company at the expense of customer satisfaction.
