We arrived at 1330(well after lunch rush). Egg rolls were unavailable (8 minutes to cook), angus beef was unavailable (8 minutes to cook), chow mein noodles were barely edible (not sure how you over cook noodles this bad) broccoli was also over cooked...definitely not up to Panda Express Par—eat here only if you have to...they should change the sign to Sad Panda...
