Ate here while on a business trip. Was surprised by the poor reviews recently (there was no sign of the guy mentioned in previous reviews). Customer service was excellent. White meat chicken pho was served quickly. Pho had favor and was hot. I would eat here again.

Worst experience I had at this restaurant. They need to learn customer service and customer satisfaction. I ordered something totally different than what they brought me and they would not return it back even though it was there mistake and they knew it. I still had to pay for the food they messed up on and the one I ordered. The chicken was old and cold and it will be the last time I go there. Just want to warn people if you order something make sure they repeat the order to you because they will make you pay for there mistake anyway. I hope they really change that issue or get people to take our order to understand us.

I liked this place and has been coming here a lot. I tell friends and family that this is the best pho place in town. I’m literally a regular but no more. I ate yesterday and wanted a pho but they don’t have beef broth so I had to get something else so I ordered a Pad Thai. The pad thai was totally different than what most have and is swimming in brown sauce, it wasn’t good at all and I only had a bit of it. I asked if I could exchange it to something else like what my wife was eating and I will definitely eat it and not return another plate. However they said NO and they strictly have no return policy. Maybe you guys should take customer’s feedback seriously and work on it? The beef mind you was dry as well. I bet the beef has been sitting in the fridge/freezer for awhile because they were closed for a couple of weeks. I work in a restaurant myself and should’ve known better. Will never recommend this place anymore.

food here is always good! our go to’s is always the filet mignon pho, the lemongrass beef bahn mi, shrimp and grilled pork spring rolls, and the combo vermicelli bowls! always so good, fresh and amazing!

We go there for the pho we think it's really good. The price is very competitive as well. But the server, the big Asian guy with the glasses seems always impatient and doesn't have that welcoming personality. Maybe that's just how he is but smile a little. have a little personality. Specially when dealing with the public because, I mean there's gotta be that happy welcoming positive vibe when patronizing an establishment.

Server/Cashier was very disrespectful and needs to work on his customer service skills. The “Big Guy” as the other reviewers call him has an attitude and approach problem. I work for a famous retail store and we strive in customer service, so we cannot disregard his disrespectful actions here. From here on out I will be going to PHO life. Your food was good but the service killed my appetite. That’s because I left a $5 tip because the girls who seemed so timid of his actions helped me with payment. Thank you.
