I normally don’t post reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I visited this restaurant and unfortunately had to send back the crab Rangoon because they were undercooked. I wasn’t rude or upset, just calmly pointed it out. Shockingly, the owner came out yelling, banging on the table, and even called the police—completely unprovoked.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at Pho Tastic. I was charged for an order of frozen crab rangoons, which I returned after discovering they were not cooked. Instead of offering a refund or a replacement, the staff took the food back and reportedly gave it to the cooks to eat, claiming there was nothing wrong with it.
