Ordered chicken online and drove to the restaurant. After arriving was told they were out of spicy chicken and it would be 15 minutes. After 20 minutes I was told they didn’t cook the spicy and had to wait another 15 minutes. This is the second time this has happened at this location

Waited 45 mins. For order, and 2 mins before they gave us the order, they didn't have any Mac and cheese , and they offered to substitute it. The dinner room was dirty. Women's bathroom was out of order. And it smells like sewer. Bad, I really bad.

Today 3/18/2024,my daughter and I went through the drive thru and ordered, the fish sandwich combo, #4 3pc chicken, a shrimp tacklebox, and an 8pc chicken nuggets combo. Well everything was going well, the lady Irma at drive thru taking our order was great at taking the order. When we got home , I was so looking forward to the fish sandwich,what a disappointment ? the fish was dry, looked like it was either over fried or had been sitting under the light, the fries were soggy and warm instead of hot and fresh. It was nasty, my daughter told me to return it but I asked, what for? One item I will NEVER buy again. Not worth the $10.00.

Guy on register very nice. They are using OLD grease everything was dark and tasted like burnt grease. All chicken and fries were coated in grease. No napkins were given or out for customers to grab. Biscuits were good. Girl on drive through was saying every word in the book “f***, n****, b****, s***” I’m not against foul language but you’re at work, grow up. Didn’t expect much from greenwood but Jesus Christ. This was way worse than anything I did expect at all. Chairs have mold and tables had trash and food crumbs on them we were the only ones in there and no one was cleaning. Corporate should definitely do something about this location. Revamp the building and send some higher ups for training.
Employees were not wearing hats and not wearing hair nets. One guy was in cook area, wiped his sweat with hand and didn't even wash his hands afterwards. Disgusting. Dining area smelled like dirty wet mop water. Don't come to this Popeyes.

Extremely long wait times, food is constantly wrong or cold and zero accountability. If you guys want terrible service and chicken you can pay me and I’ll make you wait for chicken nuggets at a bus stop and you’ll probably have a better experience than this Popeyes.

We came in for dinner, we ordered to eat in, the tables were dirty and we asked for napkins to wipe our table. We thought everything was fine, then an employee started wiping the tables and asked if we needed ours, we said it was done. The next thing the employee went behind the counter and had some kind of issue and left then the manager said we were taking our food to go. We said we were eating in, then we asked for a refund. We have never felt so discriminated against, this is the worst restaurant ever

I am a HUGE Popeyes fan.I have given this place 3 chances.#1 - chicken was fresh but, way overcooked and out of fries.#2 - chicken was dry and old. Fries cold, & jalapeños looked like they were dehydrated.#3- ordered spicy, got regular. Didn’t get my fries or jalapeños that I payed for. Coke machine was down. Fruit punch was horrible. un-drinkable.Strike 3 — you are out
