The absolute worst customer service. Placed an order at 5:10 for 16 pieces of chicken. Our chicken was not placed in our hands until 6:35. They blamed it on our order being a mobile order, however, we were in the drive thru at 5:30. Refused to give our money back when we asked but all of a sudden had our chicken ready.
