Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Waiting in drive thru for 30 minutes for a mobile order no customers waiting inside and then we were told to pull to the front for order never received anything an hour goes by cant go i to the "restaurant" dine in because employees locked the door. Terrible experience employees seem to not care or know what they are doing will never come here again. Waste of time and money.

Staff is awesome,friendly, and the food is amazing. Excellent place to eat!

I have been to this location 4 times and not once have they gotten my order correct. Guess it’s impossible to get spicy chicken strips right. On the positive side the food that I do get is decent just not what I order.

This place is disgusting, the bathrooms, the entryway. This is the dirtiest restaurant and all of corpus.Look at the photos. This is their front door.

This was probably the worst food and service i’ve ever had lmao. They somehow get every order wrong?? And the customer service was just terrible as the were goofing off and using terrible language while i waiting 40 minutes for my order.

We paid 40$ for the 12 piece spicy meal , the lady told us she would have to substitute a piece of chicken for regular because out of spicy ? What is wrong with the Calallen Popeyes ? This is the second time this has happened. Also we didn’t get all 3 of each pieces.
Chicken was full of crust, no meat , and tasted like it had been under a heating lamp for hours !
If u go be sure an ask for fresh chicken an no substitutions , better to wait than get dried out chicken. I mean is anyone even in charge there? Very disappointing…

Slowest fast food service... placed a mobile order in the popeyes lobby.. waited 45min for my mobile order... the people in line to order waited longer than I did to place their dine in order... seems like the only fast thing they were attending was the drive thru. Cooks in the back just staring at us because we had to wait long just to place an order.. smh

The atmosphere was bright and welcoming inside of this Popeyes. This was above and beyond my expectations, the only thing that made it one point less than perfect to me, was the lack of cleanliness. Place could use a nice dusting and mopping. There was a daddy long legs in the window sill where I was sat at. Harmless spider, but I don't care. The service was great! The cashier admitted that she was new and she got the manager to help redeem my points to get a free chicken sandwich dinner. The wife and I enjoyed our fries and our burger to the fullest. The wife and I paid for four biscuits and a drink. The biscuits were perfect and everything was delicious! I would recommend this Popeyes over any others in town in the Nueces county area! 5/5 stars! Best experience I've ever had!

Apparently the employees can't read or can't understand English! I ordered 1 leg, 1 thigh, and 1 breast. I got a lwingthigh, and a wing. It looks like it came off of a chick, not a chicken. I have had a frog leg bigger than this crap!. Definitely last time I will stop at this one.

This place is dirty. The “men’s restroom” has been out of order for some time. Apparently it’s backed up and the whole restaurant smells like a sewer.

If you value your time don't come here. They have no idea what they are doing.

Honestly the attitude for the night crew and not informing customers when they're out of something while ordering was horrible I understand that stuff runs out but I would like to know when im ordering instead of finding out when im about to pay and having to go over the order at 4 times to make sure it was communicated correctly
