Honestly would give this place a 0 if I could, nasty as hell. This is the restroom, raw chicken all over the floor, the toilet all over the bathroom and before you even enter the bathroom. Manager isn't very well with customer service either. Popeyes calallen

Perfect Dinner, very warm (but not too hot) very tasty, Crispy Chicken, Apple Pies very tasty and not overcooked and we just loved the Coleslaw.

Total crap show! Waited at the outside box for maybe 15 min with no hello or anything. I decided to drive up to the window. No hello or hi there either. I wasn’t in a rush just wanted to pick something quick for my son. I pulled out without purchasing anything. Drove up about 5 minutes to robstown where they were more than happy to help us. Incase you’re wondering Calallen Popeyes was not busy what so ever. If you’re into good service just drive five minutes up the road to the robstown Popeyes.

We ordered a family meal was asked to wait 15mins for new chicken We waited 30 mins we asked for regular chicken they gave us all spicy my boyfriend and child cannot have spicy they also gave us all legs when we asked for thighs they told us how many drumsticks they had an we said we would wait we were hungry after a 5hour drive needless to say they gave us all the legs and 3 thighs the same stuff they told us they had at the drive through menu... if they were jus going to give us the something they told us they had left why did we wait for new fresh chicken that we didnt even get. We spent $30 maybe a little over and we couldn't even eat it it all went to waste. I even called to tell them what they had did I was told bring it back we will replace it then got hung up on. So my boyfriend calls back and asks why they hung up on me and she straight lied and said I hung up on her. If this the type of business ur running I want no part of it u will not get anymore business from us at this location. Wasn't going back out for a 20min drive to wait for more chicken when I already waited there 30mins and then another 20mins back home. The manager is very unprofessional

I have never had an issue at this location. But today I got a three-piece combo and a classic chicken combo. When I got home and opened my chicken box, the chicken was extremely overcooked and dry so I called the store spoke to the manager and she told me that she needed me to take the chicken back and they will replace my meal. I have never worried about a restaurant that requires you to take the food back so they can replace it. I live like 20 minutes away. I wasn’t in a drive 20 minutes one way and 20 minutes back home for a $10 meal. That is outrageous.. Tell me about a restaurant that tells you oh bring your food back I will replace it then I’ll tell you give us your name And next time you come to the store, we will replace it. They’ll make you drive 20 minutes to replace your meal.

Waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru without ordering. Finally drove up to the window without ordering and no one would come to the window. They were busy doing nothing. What a joke

Last night I ordered the 9 pc meal and when I got home, noticed the fries were missing. I called the restaurant and David apologized for the inconvenience and said I could pick up the corrected item the next day. Well as I was eating one of the chicken thighs, it was still bloody in the middle by the bone. I lost my appetite completely. I
