Last night I ordered the 9 pc meal and when I got home, noticed the fries were missing. I called the restaurant and David apologized for the inconvenience and said I could pick up the corrected item the next day. Well as I was eating one of the chicken thighs, it was still bloody in the middle by the bone. I lost my appetite completely. I
I have been to this location several times and I was not compelled to write a review. However my experience last night was exceptional. DEBRA… the employee that took my order had such a bubbly attitude and her personality had great customer service all over it. She was so polite and even comical to an extent. I really enjoy the encounter. I give Debra 5 stars!!!
I just want to say that this is the best Popeyes! Alfredo is one of the kindest and most generous people I've met in this industry. He was very helpful to our needs and we couldn't have been more grateful. His customer service is outstanding and deserves to be recognized. Plus the food was great! Thank you again, Alfredo! You're the best!
