Second time there this month and we're set both times at the same mid level RIGHT NEXT TO THE STAIRS! All good tables empty. The service at the Omni and the Republic have been horrible. Not doing it again

Service was extremely slow. Had to wait 30 minutes for a drink. Had to ask for the rest of my meal. The music was entirely to loud. Could not enjoy my conversation with our party.

Great food and great service. The atmosphere and view just made it that much better will def return if we are in the area again.

Excellent place to dine for business and family. The staff at the entire hotel and restaurant were amazing and so friendly. 👍👍

The quality is always great. We both had the airline chicken and it was excellent. Our server, Matt, was on point with the amount of service provided and gave great recommendations.

Excellent food from a diverse menu and fine wine / bourbon list. Highly recommended for terrific cuisine and views of the area's waterfront!

Took my date there Wednesday night both of us had scallops and surf and turf and drinks. Both of us got sick within 30 minutes of leaving. Very expensive waste of money. Called left a message and no return call back.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with our server, Ludwig. The restaurant did not have many guests, but he was rarely available, very slow to tend to the table, and then I asked for a crème brûlée to go. Once I brought it to the room, I discovered there was the topping of a creme brulee, and not the actual dessert. I called room service, who transferred me to the restaurant, which sent me to leave a message, and I left one. I received no call back, no delivery of a new dessert; nothing. The crab cake appetizer was perfect, however, my 8 oz filet was supposed to be medium rare, and it was very rare. The server did not bother to check on our steaks. I have heard so much about this establishment, and I was terribly disappointed in ALL of it. We stayed in room 1632, and it was no different than a holiday inn. In fact, worse. So disappointed.

Food arrived cold, chicken dish was extremely overcooked and dry, coffee was lukewarm. Disappointing.

Great service has always. Traveled here from San Antonio. Staff and service personnel are excellent. Great food, Even better atmosphere and view of the bay hard to beat.

We love celebrating our anniversary at The Republic! The food is always excellent, especially the steak! Our waitress was friendly and attentive. They usually bring out a complimentary sweet surprise for our anniversary after dinner, but they didn't do that this particular time for some reason.

Service was lacking and longer wait time. Appetizers included escargot (needed more garlic) and rich bone marrow. The main was Prime Bone-In Ribeye with fingerling potatoes, (crunchy/dry) roasted carrots, asparagus, and mushrooms (sauce was somewhat acidic). Ambiance was wonderful.

Great!! Enjoy the atmosphere and our food, we will be dining there again. I will let others know they need to eat here.

I cannot say enough how magnificent this place is. The food, the drinks, the staff, the view. Thank you for taking our birthday celebrations to an other worldly elegant and unforgettable experience!!

We had a wonderful time for our anniversary. I would love to recommend this place to anyone who wanna nice outing I will be back.
