I'm slightly hesitant to share this place for fear of it becoming more popular, but they definitely deserve the attention and business.We stumbled across this place on accident, looking for sushi and our usual place was closed. What a fortuitous accident that turned out to be.This is now the default date night destination for my wife and I.It's not an overly complicated menu but the things that they do they do very well.All the various appetizers are good, but we love the Gyoza. Several good choices for sushi rolls our favorite is the Ronin roll. I am a big fan of the Ronin beef bowl and my wife loves the Nola bowl.

I totally enjoyed not only the food but the atmosphere of the restaurant! I’m Japanese so I was excited to see all the Japanese local dishes on the menu. I recommend to go there if you crave casual Japanese food!

Got to take the whole family out and try this place again. I forgot to leave a review the first time I went to visit, but I'm glad I'm posting now since it has been about 1.5 months since we last went. So food was still amazing in taste, aesthetic, and came out at a decent time. The waitress changed from the last time, but was still nice and welcoming. My favorite rolls are the Ronin and Kamikaze! Definitely try the katsu curry!

I believe this is my absolute top three places to go in CC. The food was fantastic and fresh. I truthfully don’t believe I’ve had good authentic food like this in a long time. I would recommend this place to friends and family. The best part is how you can actually have a conversation with your family. It’s not to big and not to small. It is perfect.

It would have been a greater experience if my main meal would have been good. I ordered the honch and it was supposed to come with udon noodles but it came with thin noodles and it just was a big disappointment. The chicken was not seasoned and there was barely any sauce . It tasted better once I put soy sauce but I wish it had more flavor. The picture I added is after I ate most of it. Because I don’t like to complain when the staff people looked busy but you would think the thin noodle would have been obvious. The three stars is mainly because the little bit of sushi I tried was good and the staff and atmosphere were good.

What a nice place to have lunch, the food was excellent and the service was the same. I recommend the brussels sprouts to start.
The food was great! The service could have been better. We had to ask for utensils, refills, straws, napkins, and an extra plate we had already asked for once before. The waitress was super sweet though, and seem to be busy. So we did have patience for her and understanding. The atmosphere was also OK. I wish it would’ve been maybe a bigger restaurant.

We made reservations for 14 of us this evening. We arrived and were seated immediately. Part of our party was already there and seated when we arrived. They had ordered 2 beers and 2 waters, the waters werent served until we asked 3 times for the water. After all of the orders were taken, none of the menus were ever removed from the table nor were any of the dishes from our appetizers. Our food came out sporadically 45 minutes apart. 3 of us ordered the same dish, after we had been there for 1.5 hours I was informed that they had run out of slices beef and they were unable to fill that order. Leaving 1 of 14 without any food. Never did the manager come out to check on us. I asked to see the manager, the waitress went to get him and returned to the table stating " he says I can speak for him". Just wow! A table of 14 people, they ran out of food and the manager cannot be bothered. There has been our table plus 2 more tables of 2 people each, so the staff was not overwhelmed. When we asked the waitress to make sure to remove the 3rd beef dish from the ticket since we didn't receive it, her response was snippy and short. Considering we spent nearly $300.00 you would think she would have at least let us know early on in the meal that they couldn't fill the order instead of waiting until everyone else had eaten and then announce that the order couldn't be satisfied. Again, never saw a manager. So disappointed. On a positive note, the suicide edamame was excellent!!!!

From the atmosphere to the food and the helpful wait staff, we always have the best time.Kid-friendliness: I have three under seven years old, we are never made to feel like our kids are inconvenient. They have great kids options and my girls love everything they've eaten.
Very fresh and tasty. We had brussel sprouts, gyoza, edemame, and sushi. The fish was perfect, and the sushi flavor was perfectly balanced so the sauce didn't overpower the fish.
