Food is great as always, got our order correct and got them out quickly. One big thing I want to complain about is the bathroom situation. In the women's restroom, there is no changing table for babies, and there are 2 toilets literally side by side... Honestly that's just very weird to me. And I had to change my kid in the car which was super inconvenient. Please think about changing your bathroom situation and adding a changing table to the bathrooms.

Service is lousy my son ordered a pizza and then they tell him that there's no sauce after he ordered it had to ask for my cup and didn't receive any chips, it seems like the people there don't want to work. I'll never go back there again and I'll tell everybody not to go there.

Deserves a zero. Awful customer service. Waited 30 mins for one sandwich in the drive-through. To make it even better, it was a medium (I paid for a large). As well as this, it had Tomato, Union, and Olives on it, all of which I politely asked them to leave off. I'm glad Im not someone with a food allergy. 30 MINS FOR IT TO BE THAT MESSED UP!? Called the store, because my lunch break was over, and no one answered. Don't go here.

so apparently there's just no way to cancel an order with this store??? app says to call store to cancel, and store says you use the app to cancel, so I'm left with no way to cancel this order, no food, and the customer service line is closed when the app said the store was open. UPDATE YOUR APP TO REFLECT YOUR CLOSING!!
The girl at the window got so angry that I asked for extra hot sauce that she threw them at me and yelled that she was only allowed to give two. When I called to speak to a manager they both giggled over the phone. Such terrible service. And I was super calm and honestly just confused.

So I went to the drive thru at the weber location. When ordering my sandwiches with the vegies on the side pickles and hot sauce the girl taking my order let out a big sigh like if I was asking for too much. I get my order checked the bag. No pickles no hot sauce. I flagged her down and she "hands" me hot sauce no bag. Then comes back and handed me the pickles in a the clear bag they put them in. I guess putting everything in a side bag was hoping for too much. I get home and they forgot to add the avocado to my sandwich and its not on the side. So I think no big deal I'll just add the lettuce and tomatoes. I open the containers for the lettuce and tomatoes to what smelled like decaying vegetables. Sure enough as you can see in the pictures brown lettuce and then ends of some green unripe tomatoes. This is not the first time I've been given old veggies. And not the first time I've gotten an incomplete sandwich. The sad part is it wasnt even that busy. Looking at the food I was given I can see why it was slow. This location used to be great not sure what happened. But I blame myself for giving them another chance. If you want a great sandwich don't come to this place...
