Just love it, a total different sandwich! Never had any issues with staff, food or place.
Waited less than five minutes to be acknowledged. I would have be willing to wait longer if I was at least acknowledged. Two people saw us waiting. No acknowledgement at all. Went to a competitor sub shop. The food is usually above expectations. Atmosphere is good. Clean dining area. Maybe next time I will have more time to wait or at least get acknowledged.
The staff was friendly and the food good. We enjoyed our meal.

Customers praise the 10/10 meal, highlighting its freshness and quality, and appreciate that the food does not taste like it sat out all day. The dining area is clean and well-stocked, creating a pleasant environment. Some reviews mention minor issues, such as a trainee cashier struggling a bit with change and an order mistake that was quickly corrected. Many customers enjoy their meals, especially the large size and refreshing lemonade, and often plan to return. To-go orders are convenient, though occasional mistakes like missing chips or pickle spears have occurred.
