Y’all need a new fry person! Ordered the last 3 times and the fries had absolute no seasoning when we asked for extra. Then we asked for fries well done and they are soggy. Why do we even have the option if we get the total opposite of what we ask for. Weber wingstop was our go too. Now it’s just disappointing. Especially when there are 5-7 people just hanging out in the back while 2 people actually work. SMH

Always love the old pilot days atmosphere! However, like any other Wingstop location, the waiting times are a little long. Sometimes, you're having to wait 40 minutes to an hour. I do love their wings and fries. But the waiting time NEEDS some definitely significant improvement. I don't like waiting too long for my food. Tried the Thigh bites for the second time. They were bone dry and overcooked. Burnt breading taste that I could not get over. Second time I tried to order these, so shame on me. But at $12, I’m gonna complain this time. Online order was quick and easy, order was placed and I picked up and was back home and within 20 mins.
