They've been really busy, lobby being closed sometimes, long line in the Drive-Thru, but my boy Louis hooks me up with a extra freebe pizza when no one is looking, he told me that the hot and ready pizza only costs about a dollar to make so it's no big deal.
Very good customer service. The employee, Louey helped us and made the entire experience amazing!
Wost experience. Customer service was horrible , drive thru especially. Girl said the wait 30 mins for a “hot and ready “ defeats the purpose of a hot and ready. Due to online orders is what she kept saying but the funny thing is every time you go there that’s what they always say. Wll not go again. Did not place a order. Eveyone was leaving the drive thru. Should just close the place down.
