I wanted to say thank you to Papa Johns staff today. I was not able to order my dessert online today due to them being so busy, but when I went in to place my order the customer service was amazing and they made sure I left happy. I will definitely be back soon! Thank you also for bringing my dessert to my car when it was done. IT WAS GREAT and the perfect sweets that I was craving!

Its been a couple years since I ordered pizza from Papa Johns. We got 2 pizzas the other night and they were not very good. The crust was incredibly tough and it didnt even taste like Papa Johns. I used to really like Papa John's and I always picked them over the other big pizza chains. Not sure if it was an off night or the new normal. Despite some confusion, the team at the restaurant is friendly and accommodating, providing great service. The service is often slower than it should be, and the texts or emails about orders being ready are not always accurate. The restaurant is pretty small, accommodating only about three parties of 2-4 people. Some vegetarian options are provided, and some dietary restrictions can be accommodated. The parking lot is free but can be hard to find during busy hours. The restaurant is okay for kids and has wheelchair access available. A shout out goes to RAY, the best manager, who is always professional and personable, making sure everything is right.
