Got an ice water today that tasted earthy and just off putting (07/31/25). I dont think they're water is filtrated. Location is great. Service is awsome. But why the chicken look like that on the #11- crispy chicken sandwich? It was still good just looked like the chicken patty was smooshed.

My drink was so good even though it wasn't frozen..and the 2 limes and cherry were a bonus
I don't understand the bad reviews. I pick up food there at least twice a week, at different times of the day. My granddaughter and I love going there when she visits from out of town. I've never had a bad experience there. The food is freshly made, hot and delicious. This Sonic is the best and it will continue to be my stop for great food and service.

My husband and I have eaten there several times. The employees that work in the evenings are rude and have an attitude. Our orders are consistently wrong and cold. I would love to support local business, but with the prices that they are now charging...at least offer good food and service.

Went to sonic to order myself and my daughter food . Ended up canceling my order because the drive thru lady was so rude screaming at me because I couldn’t hear her fully on what she was asking . Informed one of the staff about how rude the lady was and the staff member was standing next to her and agreed she was extremely rude and apologized .

This needs to stop today this with ringing up wrong items you order, how do you get a double cheeseburger when you order the sonic super burrito? Almost all my orders have been wrong now.

Now been almost 2 months and they still refuse to do anything. They claim to have given me a free shake with purchase but that never showed up. These people are crooks and incelsNow a month and these crooks still haver refunded me. Don't trust the older fatter manager lady here because she the one who was suppose to refund me and never did. Their support just ignores your ticket apparently.Been 24 days and yet to be refunded. They ignore all my emails and management told me that day it would be 7 days. They are liars and make sure you get a receipt for a refund immediatelyOrdered a cheesecake oreo sundae, was told yall were out. I still got charged. Told 7 days for refund. I emailed support and no response. I didn't even want my order after told or of ice cream. Don't go here they will rob you
