Grandad took us here and we really enjoyed it!

First time here. Quiet lil buffet with a country charm. They have a nice salad bar. The catfish was the star of the visit. Everyone at the table liked it. The pork chops had a wierd seasoning on them, not sure the taste they were going for. There chicken fried steak seemed to have no seasoning at all. Mashed potatoes were real thin as if they were dried mashed potatoes and they added too much water to them. Also had king ranch chicken and I was not a fan. To be honest I never had it before but a person with me had and they didn't care for it either.

We saw this place on tiktok considered a hidden gem we are fairly new to corpus and are always looking for a great place eat. Waitress wasn't friendly at all the table behind us received great service that how we realized we didn't have service never asked us if it was our first time here like the other waitress didn't tell us what was being served on the buffet asked our drinks dropped forks off and didn't see her until she gave us our ticket we had to ask what was being offered for dessert because we over heard the other waitress food was good service not so much

The service was awesome and the food was delicious. Will be eating there again I truly enjoyed the whole experience. On my daughter's -in- laws Birthday 🎂 thanks to the staff!!!

This place is actually really good. We usually work down the road and always end up at the buffet. The salad bar has fresh items, been there 4 times so far.

gross 🤢 waste of money and Time

First time, southern fried foods available on buffet with salad. Great selection with a variety every day of the work week. Option available to order straight from the kitchen. Our grand daughter absolute enjoyed the macaroni and cheese, chicken strips, green beans, and fresh rolls.

Got invited to eat here by a colleague and his wife. The food is fresh, hot, tasty amd filling. Be warned. Come with a healthy appetite and you will leave this home-cooked style restaurant a very satisfied customer. Yes, I highly recommend Southern Charm. Come for their seafood, especially the shrimp!

This is a little hole in the wall with country style food that is just superb. Definitely a must try. Great service, Great food, and a homie atmosphere. You have to try...and it's a buffet 😉😁😉 Oh and the price is lower than others. Can't beat it
