Went on a Saturday mid morning, not busy morning.The staff is the most unfriendly of any Starbucks I have been to. The young lady at the register just stood there looking at me, so I said 'good morning', she said nothing. 😂 I ordered my drink and specifically said extra, extra ice....I got little ice. At least the barista added more ice when Iasked. The barista also said NOTHING. I thanked her & left. Maybe they all gave up their manners for Lent! 🤷‍♀️....

I used to love this place so much, but lately, when we go there, our drinks have been off on the flavor, or the drive-through cashiers seem annoyed that they work there. I usually go at a time that it isn't busy, so I don't see why they aren't as pleasant as they used to be. Just wish the service was better and the drinks had a good taste to them like they used to.

Inconvenience for store to be closed inside. Drive thru was crazy long. People were stuck in parking lot coming out of other establishments. Then this inconsiderate,inpatient lady in a black Kia Sorrento just cuts in front of us. I was 20 minutes late to my next job.
