went in around an hour before close. the 2 girls working did not greet us at all. we had to sit there and wait while they ignored us for about 5 minutes of silence, only then did one of them ask if we needed help. while taking our orders at the counter she was pretty dry and unresponsive. food was fine but super uncomfortable and unwelcoming most likely will not come back to this location

When in for lunch to get the meal deal the employee could not help me with the app or anything and when the order was not right hit told it’s my fault cuz I used the app but you can’t get any advertise deals with out it and the employee are so unhelpful and give attitude but the store is very clean and well stocked

Me and the wife typically come here for the $5 footlong cookie. The treat is so delicious and the drive-thru is super fast! The neighborhood around the drive-thru feels a tad rough, but that isn't Subway's fault. However, if you want a quick sandwich or a quick treat like us, this is the Subway to come to! The service is very fast and friendly all the time! 5/5 thank you, Subway on Weber and S.P.I.D!

I had placed an online order to pickup at a certain time. I had called to see if it could be made earlier b/c I had gotten out of work early. Whoever the guy was that answered the phone was nothing but disrespectful and would not let me speak. I was in shock. Whoever it was, I’m guessing it was the manager, needs to be replaced asap.

I got a take out of soup at lunchtime, the ladies were very efficient and friendly. Only two of them for the lunchtime rush AND the drive through. The place was clean (including the bathroom )I hope they are well compensated for their hard work.
