Got breakfast tacos and the tortillas were soggy and had a weird taste to them. When we called back to ask for our money back they gave us a hard time! They said to call them back tomorrow when the owner was in, I would think a small business could take some pride and keep a policy that should be widespread throughout. “ The customer is always right.” Now I have to throw these tacos to the dogs and go to another taco shop for my kids!! Plus they told me at the window you have to ask for your receipt when it should be handed right after purchase. I just want to see how much they charged on taxes because when I asked her the price on the tacos they did not add up to the amount I was being charged. To in the end say they already threw it away when I forgot to ask for it the first time.🤦♂️
