Don’t let the humble exterior appearance of the place deceive you; the food here is good, you receive exceptional service from the staff, and the atmosphere is just welcoming. Climate inside is in the low 70s, just comfortable, and the place is very clean. This place starts getting packed after 11am. @memerios1020

It has been my experience in dinning out for breakfast or lunch that this small restaurant is a genuine place to eat home cooked meals with daily specials. If you plan on going out to eat here, for your information, they close daily at 2:00pm.

Best Carne Guisada in corpus. I’m a local so I’ve eaten at several locations, but this is the best by FAR. Warm homemade tortillas with butter OMG so delicious. The staff is so nice . Can’t say enough on how great this place is.
