I had a Mexican plate, which I usually order, but this is the first time I received a carne asada taco on corn instead of a crispy taco. I was skeptical at first, but it was delicious! Very pleasantly surprised. The waitress was wonderful, service was quick and food was yummy and accurate. Great reasonable prices as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and come back again when we're in town for the beach.
Their home made tortillas are the best, the menudo is perfect, the pozole well everything this particular restaurant really has the home made touch people look for. A must try are the buffalo wings yes you're reading that right I said BUFFALO WINGS something people don't expect from a Mexican restaurant.
Food is outstanding. Service is a hit and miss. Sometimes amazing and sometimes okay. Some servers don't speak English which is a communication failure. Basic English is a must. When in Rome. Unsweetened tea had to be remade a couple of times. No sugar please.
