Food was so good! Hot and fresh. Me and my friend got sampler and I had the Philly cheesesteak and he had the fish and shrimp. Definitely going back. I think our server name was Samantha. Really sweet girl.

I love Big Sam's but this last time I was there they were short staffed and took almost an hour for a drink. After that the waitress tried her best to give us a smile.

My chicken sandwich had a miniscule patty. It tasted ok but the meal was completely destroyed by horrible music that was way too loud.
