This is such a Beautiful property with an awesome location, excellent amenities, and a wonderful staff! I definitely recommend!
The Cosmo is a great place to live. I love the location and how you are able to walk to everything. Corpus Christi downtown is getting more restaurants and bars as well so there's plenty to do. Rose is one of the property managers and she is amazing! Does a great job at helping the residents. Recommend living here and if you do reach out to Rose!
“I’ve had a fantastic experience with Rose Bustamante at The Cosmopolitan Complex. She is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a concern or maintenance request, it’s been addressed promptly and efficiently. The property is well-maintained, and it’s clear that Rose and the other staff, Chris and Gabe, go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s refreshing to have such a friendly, reliable and attentive manager. Highly recommend!”
We had just got accepted to the Cosmopolitan Apartments and the manager Rose has been more than welcoming for our stay! She has every answer and information to your question. Will definitely be telling more people about the apartment and management at the cosmopolitan!
If you are looking for an apartment, contact Rose. She is very efficient at her job and cares a lot about the property.
I recently was a guest at the cosmopolitan and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond.
The pool was immaculate, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort . I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel design.
One of the highlights of my stay was the managements warm welcome and friendliness. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you.
I was visiting a friend and unfortunately, I did get lost. I went to the office for directions and Rose in the front and the manager Christopher were so nice and helpful. Made me feel welcome although I was there to see a friend, I may want to move now lol.
New changes are here! The vibe is just so different already. So glad to have met Rose, the new person in office. She is very approachable, welcoming and most of all respectful! She informed us on the changes that are coming and we are so happy things will be better for us as a community. We will actually have people in office who LOVE & WANT to take care of their residents!! LOVE IT , good move management, be sure to keep her as long as you can.
I am not a resident at the apartments but it is a very lovely place. I delivered some groceries to a resident..When I was leaving, my car wouldn't start. I needed a jump, went inside then office and asked Rose who was at the front office if she knew anyone that could give me a jump. She immediately got up, asked where I was parked, and went out where fortunately her car was parked to mine. She had a wireless/ cordless lol not sure what their called batter charger. It started immediately. I had another order in my car I needed to deliver. Rose was helpful beyond measure, warm, friendly and just an overall awesome human being. Something we don't see as much anymore. If I had my own business, I would hire her in a heartbeat...She truly helped me and I appreciate more than you know Rose!! ? You are the absolute best!!!
It's a nice place to live. Right in downtown close to the beach. Secured parking.

Was recently visiting and had a rude encounter with management. She had blonde hair. Who wants to live at a place where someone poorly represents the establishment?
Heather is the absolute best! prompt fixes everything. So quick no complaints
Awful, rude, and absent management. Highly recommended that if you are considering renting a unit at this community, that you look elsewhere.
“DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!Heather is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. On multiple occasions she’s said horrible things to my sister to bring her to tears. My sister rents from there and is NOT re-leasing because of how horrible the management is…the only good thing about the cosmopolitan is the older maintenance guy Allen. He’s awesome. The reason they keep Heather is a complete and utter mystery. Other than than management being mean and horrible …just stay as far away from this “luxury” apartment as you can. It’s not luxury. Worst living experience my sister has ever had bar none.”
I lived in these apartments with my boyfriend for over a year and I'll start by saying that the rental price isn't that bad for what they offer, the problem is that they don't meet most of what they offer. The pool was never really completely ready to use and more was the time it spent in construction than you could use it. They have problems with the fire alarm every now and then so if you have small babies or dogs keep this in mind. Alen is an excellent employee and I think he is the only one who could help you or at least try to help you on this site. However, it cannot solve everything, I had problems with the dishwasher for a long time and in the last month they did not bother to repair it as they would request the part that never arrived. The worst of all is how abusive they are when your contract ends and you don't renew with them, we paid for the deep cleaning that they offered us because it would be a better option and what happened was that they ended up charging for painting parts that they didn't even pay us for. They sent photos of the results of the painting, they sent us photos that they were dirty, but nothing that proves that it was necessary to paint it or notify us beforehand to try to solve them ourselves, after having paid for a supposed professional cleaning that they themselves were in charge of charging us. Of course we tried to communicate online and were never able to get the invoice for the deep cleaning from the company that performed it. We tried to talk to them in person and a woman named Heather helped my boyfriend, she is extremely rude, I don't know why they have her in such an important manager position when all she does is damage the reputation of these apartments, she didn't want to be nice and give proof of the supposed work they did, which is also unreasonable and does not even have manners (all this happened in front of another employee at the place). I don't leave such bad reviews of places, but what I can tell you is that a place like this is not worth renting. I am 100 percent sure that there are many places located downtown that will treat you with more respect.Update: It's funny the answer that I tried to say that I didn't live there so as not to recognize true opinions, ask their only friendly employee how many times he went to our apartment #103 to repair things and maybe I'll corroborate our stay. I'm also not a person with little time leaving opinions and I wouldn't take this platform to simply discredit places.
