Terrible customer service today. I bought Frosty key tabs and was getting the product I had paid for. No one asked me to show the key tags (I carry with me and in my possession). It was assumed I wasn't ordering anything else, (I was) and when I got to the window, I was scolded for not having key tabs I was never asked for. I presented the key tabs and left feeling very offended. Key tabs are not free. I paid for them and should be able to get what I paid for without disrespect.

I was just there 5 minutes and the lady at the window was so rude she refused to scan my points and said I could get it from the receipt and then she didn’t wanna give me my receipt she hesitated and she charged me for extra barbecue, but she only bought one barbecue and a honey mustard? And the name on The receipt is Abigail and she had a red tattoo next to her ear. It’s just gross how you can hire people to treat your customers like that when we’re being nice to her the whole time

We stopped here today after some back to school shopping and we were addressed by an associate named Jessica. Let me to you all that she gave the most excellent customer experience I’ve experienced in quite some time. She was very courteous and smiled the whole time. She was very patient taking our order as my 2 daughters wanted their burgers a certain way. The order was down to the T and the food was great. She made our dining experience wonderful and even came to our table to see if we needed anything else. I highly recommend this eating establishment and will definitely go back. I hope we come across her again. Thank you Wendy’s for providing excellent customer service on a day that we were exhausted and starving.

Morning Manager is on point. The second shift just don't care. I do NOT mind WAITING for FRESH food. What I do hate is waiting 15-20 minutes and getting cold frys, redropped nuggets and one hot Fresh Burger.

They tell you they cook fresh nuggets just use the old ones and put in grease
Wendy's has always been the Better Burger to buy and enjoy with true Fast Food service times if 30 second drive thru times as a standard and not just hype It has been many years since I have experienced a real Wendy's that in less than 30 sec my order was complete and fresh and hot and the workers smiled and said Thank You and I was in my way. Wendy's done right is second to none and this store has it. Thanks Dave Thomas

Great and quick service! I went for a midnight treat and decided to go with the new frosty with strawberry pop tart pieces and it was very good as well as my double stack. Fries were a little cold tho.
