Today, I experienced an incident in the drive-thru that I wasn’t initially aware of until GM Jonathan quickly and professionally deescalated a hostile driver. In a time when road rage can be unpredictable—especially in Corpus—Jonathan put his own safety at risk to protect others. I’m extremely grateful for his calm leadership and courage.
