Its seems here everyone else had a negative experience, however mine was great! The staff were friendly, the food tasted great! Even though it took some time, I understand that wings take longer to cook and orders pile up fast. Gotta be alittle more sympathetic people! Overall great experience for takeout and a great place to hang.

I ordered the boneless 20npeice deal online. Food was ready when I arrived, check in went fast and smooth. Everything was in my bag and hot and fresh. In an out in less than 2 minutes. Food was delicious after driving 10 minutes home. Fries are always great.

I had a terrible experience picking up food at this location. I waited over an hour for my food with a herd of other people. I probably only saw 5 people leave the store with their food the entire hour I was there. The workers couldn’t tell anyone when their food was going to be ready. Meanwhile, 20+ orders were visibly piled up on the side, completed but not getting bagged or having names called out. I also heard other patrons get told by staff their orders couldn’t be refunded or really canceled. I feel like I somehow got my order by divine intervention. The thing is, the food was actually pretty good after we threw it in the air fryer at home.

Called to place an order to be picked up and was told they would be right with me after a customer and was put on hold for 20 minutes called back to ask why I was put on hold for 20 minutes and was told the phone atomically hangs up after a certain amount of time and that the cashier was “busy” she was to busy for 20 minutes straight to not take my order after she had just told me she would be right with me? It’s obvious she just had forgot never I have never callled a Wingstop that has ever done that to me what a horrible location this is.

This location is always backed up & understaffed. The employees are clueless. There is no sense of leadership. Waiting over 1 hour & 30 minutes for food is ridiculous!!

The restaurant is clearly understaffed, but how is that my fault. I waited almost 15 min before she took my order, then waited another 25 min for it to be ready. It wasn't until I asked that it was ready 5 min later. A couple who got there after I did, got their order first. This is a franchise, not a mom and pop shop.

The food was hot and actually very good. The restaurant was very shorthanded and the cashier was very new. Every single table had leftovers called on it so a lot of the customers did not have a place to sit. The new cashier gave a new meaning to the word slow however she was very polite. I will go back
