An excellent place to stop, especially if you're a trucker. The parking spots are huge and easy to get into! Two different hot food choices with a lot to choose from. Very friendly people! Free overnight parking. Showers are available. They even have a decent beer selection. I highly recommend stopping here if you are in need. The one very minor drawback is that when a train goes through, it does blow its whistle
I was just passing thru this place for a quick break and decided to go inside to purchase a sandwich ad let me tell you, that bacon chipotle steak was busting like two knee caps lol ( taste so good make you want to slap your momma) I didn’t have cheese on my but if you’re a cheese lover, do you lol the thick potato fries were immaculate. the lemonade is top tier, it wasn’t too sour or sweet, just perfect. Based on the reviews, Charleys Cheesesteaks is located inside a gas station and is a national chain restaurant. It is an excellent place to stop, especially for truckers, with huge and easy parking spots, free overnight parking, and available showers. The people are very friendly, and there is a decent beer selection. The food includes the bacon chipotle steak, which tastes so good, and the thick potato fries were immaculate. The lemonade is top tier, not too sour or sweet. However, some issues were noted. An online order for ultimate fries with cheese sauce on the side was not followed, and a paid ranch cup was not received. One order of buffalo chicken had raw boneless wings in the middle. The website allows ordering bone in wings, but after paying, the restaurant said they could not do bone in wings and it would take 20 minutes for boneless, which is false advertisement. The cheese steaks were good as the only redeeming quality. The app needs work, with specials not working and no place to scan the receipt bar code. Decent taste overall, but ask for whatever specials are running.
