January 1st 2026 at around 5pm ordered coffee and as I was waiting i looked over and seen the staff multiple times cutting up and not getting orders out in a timely manner no sense of urgency with a long line of cars following behind me.

The experience USED to be good! The girl who come to get my order was NOT friendly, was not helpful and never smiled. When she wasn’t tipped she acted as if it offended her. I asked her questions and she answered rudely or just stated she don’t know. She did not tell me my total price only put the tablet up and told me to tap it. When I told her my card wasn’t a tap card she blowed heavily and jerked my card from me. When I pulled up to get my drink again the girl did not smile and only stated is this your coffee. I told her what I had ordered and she just stated here. I’m glad I did not stop by for an early morning drink and got that service. I would not suggest going here if you have expectations of a good experience. To many coffee shop options to be treated that way! Go to Dutch Brothers instead!

RUDE!!! Nothing like ignoring the drive thru line because your back is turned and your too busy yapping to notice there are 5 cars waiting. Then when I do order and I say Thank you twice, you can't even day thank you and im making the purchase. All 7 bread in DFW are great. Corsicana needs to learn customer service.

Had to try this but as a walk up. I was greeted right away & Eustacio helped me decide on a drink since this was only my 2nd Visit to a 7BC. What great friendly service! I inquired about the Iced Blondie and he suggested [half sweet] as an option. The drink was perfect hit as I am typically a Starbucks customer so now I have to try more options here. Oh! And the drink was out in 60 seconds, definitely not Starbucks wait time. Thanks for the great service, I will be back sooner than later..! ~CCG
